Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script of any kind — the typeface is served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no outside party sees your visit. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Technical information required to serve and protect the site, such as a connecting IP address, may be processed briefly by our hosting provider. It is not used to identify you and not used for marketing.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you write to us, we hold your email address, your name, and the contents of your message. Nothing is collected automatically, and we do not buy or scrape contact data.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started — an enquiry about a work, a collection, or a project. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is passed to a third party for their own purposes.

How long

Correspondence is kept while the matter is live and for as long as our professional and tax obligations require. Where a conversation closes without going further, we discard the contact details. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, then confirm it.

Confidentiality

Client identity, holdings, valuations and transaction terms are treated as confidential and are not disclosed without instruction, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop us processing it. Write to info@decryptarts.com. No form is required.
